We interact with our clients at a minimum every single week - consulting with you frankly about your company,
your situations, your industry, and potential candidates. We fully realize that candidate profiles can and often
do evolve during a search. Consequently we monitor your needs to ensure successful placements.
Checking candidates
We emphasize a multi-dimensional, 360 degree in-depth reference check from superiors, peers and subordinates,
so that we can provide you with the written reports and degree verifications you need to make the right decision.

of your marketplace, as it relates to the position you need to fill.
